Today I was feeling particularly irritated, emotional, ready to just "take off" and then I came across this article. First thing it said was Flight or Fight.
Exactly what I am feeling. If there is something I and afraid of or do not want to deal with, I instantly just was to just take off and get out of where I am. The only problem is, that I will be wherever I go. So I had to take a look at was was bothering me, took care of it emotionally and energetically, and I am not back on track.
I sometimes forget the flight or fight response that is drilled into us.
